HR Support Specialist Employee Care General Queue
Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid (up to 4x/month onsite)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay rate: $28.00 $30.00/hr
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday Friday

ROLE IMPACT
As a first-level HR Support Specialist for the Companies Employee Care General Queue, you are the first voice of support for employees and people leaders seeking guidance on HR policies, systems, and procedures. By providing accurate, empathetic, and efficient assistance across telephonic and electronic channels, you help ensure a seamless and supportive employee experience. This role directly supports HR case management integrity and contributes to streamlined shared service operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to HR inquiries from employees, managers, and external parties via phone and electronic systems
Provide accurate resolutions or route requests to appropriate departments using judgment and system navigation
Deliver end-to-end support for employee life cycle transactions and HR policy applications
Maintain thorough and clear case documentation in line with confidentiality and company policy
Support navigation and troubleshooting in Workday, ADP, and internal HR portals
Escalate complex or ambiguous inquiries with discernment and professionalism
Prioritize high-quality customer service with timely follow-up and resolution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in HR support or shared services environment
Proven ability in case management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communications
Working knowledge of Workday and ADP platforms
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
High comfort level with fast-paced, tech-enabled workflows
