Job Title: Party Planner / Phone Agent

Location: Bedford, TX | 2 openings *Bilingual is a plus*

Hours: 8-10 hour shift any day of the week

Pay: Agents will earn a base pay + unlimited bonus

*** Agents make anywhere from $15.00 - $20.00/hr based on your desire to make $$ ***

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Bilingual is a huge plus!

• Minimum of 1-2 years in retail, sales or hospitality experience emphasizing in customer service/ guest experience atmosphere.

• Other great professions - previous teachers; college students; host or hostess

• Professionalism with Guest focus and high regard to providing the best Guest service

• Excellent computer skills and ability to multi-task in a high paced work environment

• Data entry skills with an emphasis on attention to detail

• Strong people skills including being informative while listening

• High School Diploma or GED

Working Environment

• We are business casual!

• Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
