Title: Inside Sales Closer

Location: Farmers Branch area (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Pay: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

First Year OTE: $65,000 $80,000 | Top Performers Earn $100,000+

Next class starts May 20th, 2025!

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling

• Help customers quickly set up essential home services

• Close deals on the first call with a 20 30 minute sales cycle

• Maintain daily activity: 75+ calls, 3 4 hours of talk time, 5 8 closed deals

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline and track results

• Re-engage past and current customers to drive repeat sales

• Collaborate with teammates to create a winning, supportive environment

What You Bring:

• A strong desire to succeed you re competitive, motivated, and coachable

• Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism

• Ability to overcome objections and close decisively

• Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback like a pro

• Reside within 30 miles of 75234 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Sales experience (6+ months) is a plus but not required we train the right attitude
