Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: North Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30am 5:30pm
Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission
First-Year Earnings: Average $65K $80K | Top Performers Earn $100K+

About the Company

Company specializes in helping customers set up home services. With warm leads provided no cold calling sales professionals are set up for success with the right tools, training, and support to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)

• Guide customers through available home service options and recommend the best solutions

• Close deals in a single 20 30 minute call

• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets: 5 8 sales/day, 75 dials, 3 4 hours of talk time

• Re-engage past or current customers to generate new sales opportunities

• Accurately log all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

What We re Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months of proven sales experience with strong closing skills

• Confident, persuasive communication and the ability to overcome objections

• Fast learners who are coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback

• Candidates must reside within 30 miles of North Dallas, TX

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

• Bilingual (Fluency in Spanish)
