Job Title: Inside Sales Rep.

Location: Lewisville, TX

Pay: $18.00/hr. plus bonuses/commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Description:
This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals. Essential Functions Tasks, duties, and responsibilities.

Achieve sales goals

Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems

Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads

Assists in providing support and/or guidance to customers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the plumbing & HVAC industry is preferred by not required.

• Proven sales experience required.

• Track record of meeting/overachieving sales goals

• Charismatic and outgoing

• Good time management is required.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
