$23.08/hr + UNCAPPED commission (top performers exceed $100K)
Monday Friday, 8am 5pm or 7am 4pm
Full-time (36 hours/week), W2

ROLE IMPACT
As an Inside Sales Representative, you ll play a crucial role in growing our lease portfolio, converting warm and hot leads into signed agreements, and building trust with landlords across the nation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound and handle inbound calls to engage landlords and secure lease agreements
Build rapport and identify key decision-makers among warm and hot leads
Create, send, and track accurate lease proposals and sales documentation
Maintain detailed records of lease terms and communications
Utilize internal and external tools to research lease data and market insights

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years in outbound, commission-driven sales (must be recent)
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in call center, customer service, or client-facing settings
