Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on individual performance and business needs. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed daily call and completed sales call goals. This includes maintaining consistent telemarketing contact with agents and prospects based on their current status.
  • Achieve production and profitability targets using "needs satisfaction" selling techniques (ISP) to influence agent behavior and increase product usage.
  • Identify the top five competitors within the assigned territory and address any issues related to NSF (non-sufficient funds) and unearned commission collections with agents.
  • Act as an account manager to build and maintain strong relationships with independent agents, similar to a real estate agent s role. Manage client portfolios without cold calling or direct insurance sales.
  • Participate in telemarketing special projects identified by the VP and ISM. Occasional travel to assigned territories, including attendance at state conferences, may be required.


Ideal Candidate - MUST fit one of below:

  • Bachelor's Degree + ANY Sales experience (telemarketing/sales/outside sales)
  • No Degree + 4 years of Insurance Sales experience



On-boarding Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening
  • 2 verifiable employment references
