$40,000 base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission

ROLE IMPACT: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of connecting customers with essential home services through a fast-paced, single-call close environment. Leveraging warm, pre-qualified leads, your ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales will directly contribute to company growth, customer satisfaction, and your own uncapped earning potential. This is a high-energy, results-driven sales role designed for ambitious sales professionals ready to take their income and career to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads, helping customers select the right home service options
Close sales in a single 20 30 minute call, managing a fast-paced, high-volume sales pipeline
Achieve daily metrics of 5 8 sales, 75 dials, and 3 4 hours of talk time
Engage with existing and past customers to generate new sales opportunities
Log all interactions and manage the sales process using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
6+ months of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
Strong communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills
Coachable and adaptable to feedback in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Must reside within 30 miles of zip code 75234 and be authorized to work in the U.S.
