Join a dynamic team as we seek to hire 15 skilled Inside Sales Representatives with a proven track record in outbound call center environments.

Start Date: 7/16/24

Position: Inside Sales Representative
 Salary: $23.08/HR + Uncapped Commission

Shift Options: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm - Choose your preference!
 Location: On-Site in Allen, Texas (75013)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with warm to hot leads

  • Identify key contacts for leads

  • Negotiate leases and optimize terms with landlords

  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals

  • Communicate lease details with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications

Key Activities Include:

  • Engaging with landlords through inbound and outbound calls

  • Researching leases using various tools and resources

  • Data entry and management

  • Crafting compelling sales proposals and delivering them promptly

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based environment

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred

  • High school diploma required

  • Background in mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry advantageous
