ROLE IMPACT
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you ll help customers make informed choices about their home services saving them time and money. You ll connect with new and existing leads through outbound calling, deliver exceptional service, and turn great conversations into closed deals.

LOCATION Dallas, TX | Onsite (Hybrid after training based on performance)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission  (OTE) Year 1:  $65K - $80K Average | Top Performers Earn $100K+
• Monday Friday, standard business hours
• Direct Hire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make up to 75 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and convert them to customers
• Educate customers on home service options and current deals
• Build relationships and maintain pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, high-performing work culture

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ months of sales experience (no job hoppers)
• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
• Goal-driven and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Positive team player with a competitive mindset
  
  PREFERRED SKILLS
•  Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) highly desirable
