Job Title: Inside Sales Representatives / Lease Consultants
Location: Onsite Allen, TX
Start Date: May 14th
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon Fri | Choose 8am 5pm or 7am 4pm
Pay: $23.08/hr + UNCAPPED Commission

What You ll Be Doing:

• Engage with warm-to-hot leads to build relationships and identify key decision-makers

• Negotiate lease terms and close deals that benefit all parties

• Create compelling sales proposals and deliver them with confidence

• Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the lease negotiation process

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction

Your Daily Focus Will Include:

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to negotiate lease agreements

• Researching and preparing before each call using our system and online resources

• Documenting communications and data entry across internal platforms

• Producing and sending professional sales presentations

What We re Looking For:

• 1 2 years of outbound sales experience, especially in a commission-based environment

• Background in customer service, call center, mortgage, insurance, or real estate is a big plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma required
