Job Title: Insurance Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:30am
Pay: $23/hour
Responsibilities:

Process and produce certificates of insurance for all managed and owned locations

Create 20-50 certificates a day
-
Process certificated for current/ new and refinanced loans
-
Responsible for balancing and verifying data on the commercial and residential spreadsheets
-
Process all invoice request for lenders and staff accountants
-
Process all journal entries for property additions and cancellations on the master insurance program
-
Submit incident reports to insurance company as needed

Make sure that all requested information and documentation from Attorney is processed and received in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
-
MUST know how to create and produce a certificate of insurance

Experience working with a real estate brokerage firm preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)

HS Diploma or GED
