Job Title: Insurance Producer/Broker Representative. (Licensed)

Location: Remote (WFH)

Pay: $20.00/hour+ depending on experience

Schedule: Call Center Hours of Operation are 8am-8:00pm M-F.(Occasional Saturday during Peak)

Job Description: Assists with the implementation of the Company strategic plan to promote and sell Medicare products and plans within existing and geographical expansion markets.

• Executes strategic plan to achieve personal and team sales goals.

• Works closely with management to ensure proper product and compliance training for targeted external producers.

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with targeted producers selling Medicare products.

• Assists with producer events, trainings and evaluations.

• Serves as a liaison between producers/brokers and the company

• Utilizes analytics to determine sales goal achievement, as well as future targeting and sales strategy.

• Actively participates in weekly meetings, offering ideals and solutions to meet team goals.

• Must maintain confidentiality of business information, including Protected Health Information (PHI), as required by HIPAA and company policy.

• Ability to make outbound cold calls to the producer/broker community

Requirements:

• Active Health & Accident Producer License in Texas

• 3 years minimum of sales experience preferably in Healthcare

• Valid Drivers License and proof of Liability Insurance

• HS Diploma or GED required

• AHIP a big plus but not required

• Clear Background and Drug Screen

• Bilingual is a plus but not required
