Position: Insurance Sales Rep

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm

Pay: Base + Commission = $55,000-$65,0000 **Top Performers making $70,000+**

**Property & Casualty License REQURIED**

Job Description:

• Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads

• Understanding customers' needs and identifying auto insurance sales opportunities

• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

• Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs

• Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Sales or Insurance Sales experience required

• P&C License required

• Previous experience selling insurance preferred by not required

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
