CornerStone Staffing is in search of an Insurance Sales Representative to support the clients at a growing Insurance Company in Phoenix!

Ideal candidates will have at least 4+ years of sale experience, and/or a Bachelor's Degree.

Position : Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $25/h

Job Description:

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers

• Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads

• Understanding customers' needs and identifying insurance sales opportunities.

• Managing an account portfolio of agents

• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years sales experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Access and Outlook

• Great oral and written communication

• Prior knowledge of Claims & Underwriting would be helpful but not required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
