Job Title: Internal Sales Manager - Bilingual

Duration: Direct Hire

Pay: $20/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, but must be willing/able to work Saturdays

Job Description:

As a Bilingual Internal Sales Manager for a rapidly growing, full-service auto finance company, you are the single most important factor in capitalizing, expanding, and retaining business. You will utilize prior experience, state of the art technology, sales strategies, and the company's dealer facing portal, The Fast Lane, to acquire and retain business from car dealerships in a particular territory/region.

Job Duties:

• Complete 60-100 calls daily to dealerships in assigned territory

• Sign 3-5 new dealerships each month

• Retain and grow contracts that are currently within the book of business

• Work closely with credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to resolve any dealership issues within your assigned territory

• Train dealers on how to utilize Fast Lane interface

• Provide superior customer service both over the phone and via email

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to complete cold calls in a commission/sales oriented environment

• High School Diploma/GED

• Full Bilingual - Spanish and English

• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed

• Previous experience in a sales role is highly preferred but not required
