Job Title: Invoice Processor

Location: Irving, TX 100% On-Site

Pay: $18-$20 /hr. Based on qualifications and experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Assignment Length: 30 45 days

(with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs)

Position Summary:

As an Invoice Processor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of customer invoices. Your role will involve reviewing and validating data, processing invoices, and resolving discrepancies related to missing or incorrect information. You will collaborate with the AR team to maintain efficiency and accuracy in invoicing operations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and validate key fields using proprietary software

• Process invoices in adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Resolve invoice validation issues in the exception queue

• Utilize all available tools to investigate and resolve data discrepancies

• Compare input data against training guides and proprietary systems to identify mismatches

• Escalate unresolved issues or mismatched transactions to management for further resolution

Requirements:

• 1 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or bookkeeping

• Strong 10-key (8,000 KSH) and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).

• Basic Excel proficiency required; strong skills a plus.

• Previous experience in dealership accounting or bookkeeping is preferred, but not required
