We're looking for FOUR Lead Generation Agents who will play a crucial role in promoting the future growth for a client in the financial services industry in Dallas, TX

Job Title: Lead Generation Agent (Multiple openings)

Pay: $18

Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. / Monday - Friday

Location: On-Site in Dallas, TX 75247


The Lead Generation Agent will be responsible for connecting with others in a personal way to promote the brand, in both physical and virtual communities to new or potential clients. The individual in this role will be required to increase sales by effectively communicating our products and services to our customer base. Main goal of the role will be converting leads into sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible of keeping record, contacting, and following up on digital leads received through various channels (internet, telephone or Action Item) promoting the products and booking appointments for them to meet with a sales representative.

  • Inbound and outbound prospecting calls

  • Review online leads received overnight. Update the system with the complete customer s information and the source of the lead received.

  • Follow up and confirm daily appointment. Update the system with daily activity (appointments, customers, visits, etc.)

  • Recover the customer portfolio, who have met with a sales agent and for some reason did not buy, identify the reason and offer any possible option or solution to reschedule an appointment.

  • Maintain a minimum number of calls, appointments, shows, and sales required by the department.

  • Address customer needs and requests as soon as possible on the platforms correctly.

  • Provide timely support to current and potential customers in the different communication channels.

  • Previous experience in sales/lead generation in a call center environment preferred.

  • 1 year+ of customer service experience in a call center environment required.

  • Previous experience in a high call volume call center.

  • A bilingual person that feels comfortable interacting with customers in Spanish and English.

  • Someone that enjoys meeting new people every day and that feels passionate about helping customers.

  • Strong computer skills
