Job Title: Inside Sales Representatives / Lease Consultants
Location: Onsite Allen, TX
Start Date: May 14th
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | Choose 8:00am 5:00pm or 7:00am 4:00pm
Pay: $23.08/hour + Uncapped Commission
Top Performers Earn $100K+ Annually!

What You ll Be Doing

  • Connect with warm-to-hot leads to build rapport and uncover decision-makers

  • Negotiate lease terms and close mutually beneficial agreements

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence and clarity

  • Keep all parties informed throughout the leasing process

  • Accurately maintain detailed records of all communication and deals

Your Daily Focus

  • Make both outbound and inbound calls to drive lease negotiations

  • Research client needs and prepare strategically for each interaction

  • Enter accurate notes and documentation into internal systems

  • Produce and send professional, persuasive sales proposals

What We re Looking For

  • 1 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a commission-driven role

  • Background in customer service, call center, mortgage, insurance, or real estate is a major plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
