 CornerStone Staffing is hiring 10 professional Lease Negotiation Specialist  with strong sales and negotiation expertise! Job Posting:  Lease Negotiation Specialist (Negotiator) 

Location:  Allen, Texas (On-site)
 Pay:  $23.08/hr + Outstanding Commission Based on Performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm-to-hot leads to establish strong relationships.
  • Identify appropriate contacts for lead conversion.
  • Negotiate lease terms and maximize value with landlords.
  • Prepare sales proposals and communicate negotiated details to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications in the company s database.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to landlords for lease negotiations.
  • Research and prepare for calls using internal systems and online tools.
  • Enter and manage data in company systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Create and distribute presentation packages for lease proposals.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Required:  1-2 years of sales or negotiation experience  - REQUIRED .

  • Background in customer service, call centers, or public-facing roles is a  plus .

  • Experience in mortgage, insurance, or real estate industries is  highly valued .

 

On-boarding Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening

  • 2 verifiable employment references
