Job Title: Leasing Sales Specialist

Pay Range: $23.08/HR + Unlimited Commission (Top reps make over $100k!)
Shift: Monday Friday | 8am 5pm or 7am 4pm
Start Date: May 14
Location: Allen, TX (On-Site)

What You'll Do

• Call warm-to-hot leads and build powerful relationships

• Identify key decision-makers and move deals forward

• Negotiate lease terms that work for everyone

• Create customized proposals and seal the deal

• Keep stakeholders updated with the latest info

• Log every interaction like a pro in our system

Your Day-to-Day

• Talk & Negotiate: Connect with landlords by phone, voicemail, and email

• Get Prepped: Review lease info using our database and online tools

• Stay Organized: Input key data in Excel, Word, and our CRM

• Showcase Solutions: Build and send sales proposals through email, fax, or mail

Requirements

• 1 2 years of experience in a sales role with commission

• Call center, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus

• High school diploma required

• Bonus points for a background in real estate, mortgage, or insurance
