Leasing Sales Specialist
Location Allen, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$23.08/hr + Unlimited Commission (Top reps earn $100K+)
Monday Friday | 8am 5pm or 7am 4pm
Direct Hire
 Start Date: TBD - expected in Mid June

ROLE IMPACT
This sales-driven role puts you at the heart of helping clients lease properties quickly and efficiently. Success is defined by your ability to engage warm-to-hot leads, negotiate terms, and close high-volume deals while delivering excellent service and maximizing commissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
Engage property owners and landlords to negotiate leasing terms
Prepare and send tailored proposals via email, fax, or mail
Maintain accurate and timely CRM data entries
Use lease data and internal tools to create client solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1 2 years of commission-based sales experience
Experience in call center, customer service, or client-facing roles
High school diploma or equivalent

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
CRM platforms
Excel and Word
Online databases and sales documentation tools

PREFERRED SKILLS
Background in real estate, mortgage, or insurance
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in outbound calling and sales follow-through
