Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Adjuster with a minimum of 2-3 years of expertise in liability investigation, property damage, and subrogation. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, the ability to analyze claims thoroughly, and experience navigating complex adjustment processes. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, handling 12-15 claims per day, and ensuring accurate evaluations and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and handle 12-15 liability and property damage claims daily.

Conduct detailed liability investigations, assess property damage, and manage subrogation processes.

Analyze and interpret policy language to ensure proper claim adjudication.

Effectively break down and review adjustments to identify discrepancies or issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information for claim resolution.

Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other relevant stakeholders.

Ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to policy terms.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in liability investigation, property damage, and subrogation.

Strong ability to read and interpret insurance policies and adjustments.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications (adjuster license) are a plus.
