Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Downtown Dallas (on-site)

Pay: $17 - $20/hr DOE

Schedule: Business hours

Job Description/Requirements:

Logistics Coordinator will be assisting customers/clients with monitoring supply chains, shipments, and orders.

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience - call center and electrical knowledge/experience preferred

• Ability to demonstrate soft skills (customer service, listening skills and customer empathy)

• Must be computer literate

• Ability to multi-task and use different systems simultaneously

• LTL/Shipping/Logistics experience

• Technical support experience
