Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (635 near Luna Rd.)

Pay : $18/hr.

Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Assisting businesses through email and chat with some phone work

Processing invoices and researching discrepancies

Some Agents will be assigned billing and collection duties

Working in Excel spreadsheet daily

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred, not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel - Will be tested

Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with PO's and invoices highly preferred

Experience in transportation, logistics
