CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is leading manufacturer of electrical batteries and generator system.

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Specialist

Location: Plano, TX

Schedule : Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $22.50/hr

Job Description:

  • Will provide order administration, delivery confirmation and assist customers with any issues.

  • Performs order entry of all orders for assigned customers ensuring orders are entered timely and accurately (order number, quantity, product specifications, pricing, freight terms, shipping instructions, packaging, delivery date, other special instructions, etc.). Updates order information due to changes related to product, quantities and pricing

  • Provides confirmation of delivery schedule and revisions to customers in a timely manner.

  • Provides assistance to customers through phone calls and e-mails on order status.

  • Interfaces with customers and internal organizations for the resolution of any issues.

  • Provides support to assigned Regional Sales Directors on customer related issues.

  • Creates and revises customer orders in the ERP system as required; updates daily order report as required.

  • Coordinates equipment sales orders and delivery schedules

  • Create Customer specific documentation such as price file and order guides

  • Review all orders, customer confirmations and customer notifications for accuracy

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of previous customer service experience in a professional environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Previous SAP experience is required, and must be listed on your resume

  • Basic understanding of MRP and EDI
