Job Title: Luxury Customer Service Rep

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $41,000 to $48,000/annually (depending on experience)

Job Description:

• The Customer Service Associate represents the company in a positive and professional manner while providing superior quality service that furthers the client experience via phone interaction

• Central point of communication between all departments within the Dallas Service Center regarding jewelry servicing, as well as the National Call Center

• Handling high volume inbound calls from consumers and jewelers

• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and understanding of the after sales service process

• Order entry and invoicing

• Continues to learn new product knowledge

• Process payments

• Updates consumer's information

• Answers customers questions and addresses their concerns regarding the servicing of their product

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service Call Center

• Stable job history

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• PC literacy

• Data entry skills

• MS Office

• Excellent Interpersonal skills via phone

• Strong organizational skills
