Job Title: Luxury Customer Service Rep

Location: Dallas, TX


Pay: $48,880 annually

Hours: Rotating Schedule every 3 weeks; 7am-7pm

Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Associate represents the company in a positive and professional manner while providing superior quality service that furthers the client experience via phone interaction

  • Central point of communication between all departments within the Dallas Service Center

  • Center regarding jewelry servicing, as well as the National Call Center

  • Greeting customers and visitors properly

  • Maintaining a filing system and scanning documents

  • Preparing jewelry piece which includes, inspecting and packaging, winding and setting, after invoicing to be returned to customer

  • Handling jewelry piece with care and knowledge when customer brings it in

  • Handling high volume inbound calls from consumers and jewelers

  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge and understanding of the after sales service process

  • Order entry and invoicing; Process payments

  • Continues to learn new product knowledge

  • Updates consumer's information

  • Answers customers questions and addresses their concerns regarding the servicing of their product

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate exceptionally well with diverse customers; articulate, well - spoken filled with warmth and compassion

  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to callers and visitors

  • Attentional detail

  • Ability to learn and retain facts

  • Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication

  • Follow Stand Operating Procedures

  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to stand and walk for periods of time
