ROLE IMPACT
This Title Clerk role supports a high-volume title operations team in the recreational vehicle sector. Success is defined by your ability to drive timely title releases, navigate DMV coordination, and manage complex title delinquency pipelines with accuracy and persistence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Place 50+ outbound calls daily to customers, dealers, and DMV offices to track and escalate title status
Process title perfection and release documentation in compliance with state regulations
Manage and resolve aged title files (45 90 days delinquent) by coordinating with relevant parties
File UCC-1 statements for non-titled assets
Maintain detailed records of all title transactions and communication trails

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of vehicle or marine title processing experience
Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
State DMV/County Clerk portals
Title management and CRM systems
Microsoft Outlook and Excel

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with recreational vehicle or marine title workflows
Knowledge of UCC-1 filing procedures
Familiarity with lien perfection processes across multiple states
