Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $45,000

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8AM-5PM

Job Description:

• Create and update exclusive listing brochures for all divisions

• Follow up with brokers for approval on brochures

• Print brochures as requested by Brokers

• Email brochures to clients as requested by Brokers

• Back up to Supervisor as needed

Requirements/Duties:

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Bachelors Degree Required

• Strongly preferred commercial real estate background experience

• Experience with Excel

• Strong organizational skills as this position will focus on time-sensitive information

• Organized, positive, and proactive work ethic
