CornerStone Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler in a contract-to-hire role in a fast-paced logistics company focused on delivering excellent service to our clients. This role will involve working in our warehouse, assisting with the movement of materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.

Location: Southlake, TX

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Dress Code: Casual

Climate Control: No, but large fans are available, and there is access to a warehouse office for cooling down on hot days

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move crates and materials within the warehouse using forklifts.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care.

• Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments.

• Maintain organization of materials in the warehouse, ensuring easy access and safety.

• Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Forklift Experience: Must have previous forklift operating experience.

• Certification: We provide forklift certification, but you must have held a valid driver s license for at least 1 year.

• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs (using forklift for most tasks).

• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious work habits.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
