Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Location: ONSITE in Frisco, TX 75034
Pay: $20-$24/hr based on experience
Job ID: 139432
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm w/Occasional Saturdays as needed
Job Description:

Answer questions and handle problem resolution on benefit, provider or claim issues; must be able to explain copays, out of pocket, and co-insurance and how they work

Averaging 80 to 100 calls per day

Follow up with members and providers as necessary
-
Process coverage changes and send out supporting documentation, as necessary

Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Ability to multitask
Required Experience/Qualifications:
-
2+ years experience with medical benefits required in a heavy call environment
-
Must be experienced with and able to perform EOB
-
Experience with Salesforce is a plus!

Microsoft Excel/Word experience is required
-
Team player with a positive attitude
-
Must be able to type fluently while on the phone
