Job Title: Medical Office Clerk

Location: Fort Worth

Pay: $14.50/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday Friday, Flexible to work between 6am - 6pm

Duration: Temp to Hire

Job Description: Seeking an honest responsible person who is professional, courteous and outgoing. The person must be organized, detail-oriented, efficient, good at forms and filing, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Perform general administrative and support functions for the office including maintaining files, preparing paperwork, running reports, copying materials, faxing and overnight shipping documents

  • Ensure office procedures are followed

  • Document and update records

Requirements:

  • Great Data Entry

  • 1+ years of medical office experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity

  • Enjoy working with people and providing customer service

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • No visible tattoos or piercings

  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast paced environment
