Job Title: Mortgage Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Schedule: Standard Business Hours (Monday-Friday) | Flexible for OT
Location: 1st week onsite for equipment pickup (Lewisville, TX), then fully remote
Summary: Provide support to clients by helping manage and protect real estate assets, requiring coordination with city officials and customers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Review and verify information for accuracy, resolving customer issues using provided resources.

Prepare, edit, and update documents and records to ensure they meet client needs.

Communicate with customers and city officials to address questions and minimize potential risks.

Monitor task queues and ensure all assignments are completed on time and correctly.

Follow client guidelines and company policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills for email, phone, and written correspondence.

Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and urgency.

Exceptional customer service abilities to handle client concerns professionally.

Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to navigate databases.

Organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
