We are seeking Mortgage Processing Coordinators that are self-directed, detail-oriented people to join their awesome team in North Phoenix!!!

Job Title: Foreclosure/Title Processor

Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85020

Pay: $20.00/hourly

Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing mortgage documents, including the title report and working with appropriate departments to move through the next steps of the foreclosure process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have knowledge of Mortgage Documents, loan docs, appraisals, etc.

• Review Title Reports

• Review date down endorsements provided by Title Company

• Review Affidavit of Authority for accuracy

• Review chain of title for assignment accuracy

• Ability to review Bankruptcy Cases

• Ability to read and understand title chains

• Ability to review Parcel Maps

• Proficient use of MicroSoft Office, including excel spreadsheets

• Must have general office experience, (copying, filing, answering phones)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience Mortgage Industry, Foreclosure, Escrow, Title - REQUIRED

• Knowledge of Mortgage Documents

• Type 50 wpm (will be tested) - REQUIRED

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
