CornerStone Staffing is currently hiring for an Assistant Clerk for a successful Law Firm in Fort Worth, TX!

Job Title: Office Manager

Pay: $15/hr

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am-5pm - Temp to Hire

Description: Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of various day-to-day functions within the Firm. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of departmental and organizational operations through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Responsible for managing, training and guiding team leads and other staff members

  • Works corporate Member Resolution Requests ensuring strict compliance with LegalShield standards and timeframe.

  • Provides statistical and performance feedback for each team member.

  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers

  • Resolve escalated calls including taking disgruntled member calls.

  • Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.

  • Maintains staff by assisting in the selection, orientation, and training of employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees (with HR and Director assistance); developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

  • Stablishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends; suggesting a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.

  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.

  • Provide coverage for other managers as needed.

Skill Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

  • 5 - 7 years of administrative experience, supervisory and/or legal experience preferred.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking skills.

  • Accurate and proficient typing skills (50+ wpm).

  • Positive/upbeat, helpful and patient temperament.

  • Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook and internet functionality.

  • Knowledge of TimeMatters software preferred, but not required.

  • Must be comfortable with extensive interaction via telephone with attorneys and LegalShield members.

  • Ability to motivate and guide a team, maintaining positive, energetic working environment.

  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner.

  • Must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
