CornerStone Staffing is partnered with a client in the Real Estate/Construction industry who is looking to hire a seasoned, professional Office Manager. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing business!
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $65k+ based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Job Description:
This position is a support role within our team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A positive, energetic person with a welcoming presence is a priority for interfacing with the business owners and clients. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, concepts and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent. Customer first attitude is desired. Ability to translate insight into action. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, while managing deadlines and work quality.
Job Requirements:

3+ years progressive Administrative experience

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to prioritize and problem solve

Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED

Stable work history (no job hoppers)
