Job Title: Customer Service / Inbound Calls and Chat - Tier 2 CSR

Location: Onsite North Dallas, must live within 30 miles of 75287 zip (Dallas North Tollway & Frankford)

Pay: $14.50/hr . Long Term Career Opportunity/Temp to Hire!

Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 7:00am and 1:00am. Set schedules with frequent shift bids opportunities will be available. Schedule will include weekends and holidays.

Training Schedule: 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Job Description:

• You will be answering inbound calls and chat messages, researching billing issues for customers, troubleshooting devices, etc.

• You will utilize an in-house search engine to quickly find responses to most inquiries
