Order Fulfillment Specialist

$18.00/hour
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am 7:00 pm
Start date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient order preparation within a high-volume distribution environment. This position supports the timely and safe delivery of medications and materials, directly contributing to quality patient care and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately pack orders to meet shipping and safety requirements
Load pallets with packaged goods for secure and timely distribution
Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
Retrieve supplies from freezer storage as needed
Adhere to all safety and quality protocols

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
Comfortable standing for extended periods and accessing freezer storage
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in materials handling
Willingness to work overtime as needed

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Manual and electric pallet jacks
Inventory tracking systems
Temperature-controlled storage protocols

PREFERRED SKILLS
Proven reliability in punctuality and attendance
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings
Potential for full-time hire with client after probation period
