Order Management Assistant
Location Denton, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$22/hour
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
W2, full-time
ROLE IMPACT
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level administrative professional with SAP experience to grow within a supportive, fast-paced industrial team. You ll play a critical part in keeping purchasing operations smooth and organized by handling order entry, tracking deliveries, and communicating with vendors to support supply chain needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter purchase orders into SAP accurately and on time
Track supplier shipments and update delivery schedules
Follow up on late deliveries and resolve any vendor issues
Maintain internal order records and documentation
Support purchasing and planning teams with administrative tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics administrative support
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication style
