CornerStone is looking for three Order Processor/Shipping Clerk in the DFW area who will be helping with the production and shipping of assisted listening and hearing solutions.

Job Title: Order Processor

Location: Non-climate controlled warehouse near DFW Airport

Pay: $15.00/ hr.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8AM - 5:00 PM / Starting ASAP

Job Description

Responsible for the timely order entry, quality control and shipping for custom ear molds and hearing aids.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

• Read and interpret new orders from customers and accurately enter manufacturing/sales orders.

• Evaluate impressions received to ensure quality outcome. Fill voids and scan impressions into database.

• Read and interpret repair request forms and enter defect information into appropriate databases.

• Conduct Quality Control of finished devices using computer to run Diagnostic Tests on hearing instruments to make sure they meet specifications.

• Open/Close assembly orders for manufactured products.

• Package, label and ship new orders.

Skills/Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to effectively prioritize work based on age of order, rush-order schedules and programming/inspecting needs.

• Data Entry

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills

• Inventory experience a plus

• Quality Control experience a plus
