Job Title: 2nd shift Hospital PBX Operator

Job ID: 143504

Location: Central Fort Worth (76104)

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule:

• Sunday: 10am - 8:30pm

• Monday: 10am - 8:30pm

• Friday: 10am - 8:30pm

• Saturday: 10am - 8:30pm

• (Off on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Must be able to train during the week and on weekends.

Must be available to work holidays if needed!

Job Description: First point of contact for anyone calling in to the hospital, responsible for calling codes and paging doctors, must have great call center and customer service skills

Duration: Temp to Hire

Requirements:

• Professional demeanor and phone voice

• Call Center/Dispatch experience

• Adaptable with a fast changing environment

• Fast and accurate data entry

• Good customer service

• Strong Microsoft Office experience

• Must have high school diploma or GED

• Sense of urgency must be a fast worker

• Positive personality is key
