Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

• Tuesday Friday: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM
  Note: Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Job Description

CornerStone Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team. In this fast-paced, semi-automated production environment, you will be responsible for packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions to retail pharmacies and end customers. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment and have experience working efficiently under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities include:

• Packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Utilizing McKesson-supported hardware and software to complete packing and sorting tasks.

• Reading computer-generated screens to ensure the correct items are selected for packing.

• Performing housekeeping duties and additional tasks as assigned to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Previous pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry 20 30 lbs. of merchandise over short distances and up to 15 lbs. on an extended basis.

  • Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.

• Skills:

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

  • Ability to stay on task and work effectively in a team environment.
