CornerStone Staffing has partnered with The City of Dallas Department of Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Parking Operations team at Dallas Love Field Airport.
Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Department of Aviation, City of Dallas
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overview
This provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in airport parking operations, data analysis, customer service, and operational compliance. Admins will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the daily functions of parking management, compliance monitoring, and administrative support.
Essential Functions

Maintain airport business knowledge at a proficient level and learn how the Parking team operates.

Respond to and distribute emails to the appropriate teams (PCI, PSA, L&F) regarding validations, parking applications, and other daily parking requests.

Compile, log, and analyze data related to garage inspections, incident reports, work orders, customer complaints, and other parking-related reports. Provide a monthly summarized report to the Parking Manager by the 15th of each month.

Support and assist with team events and division meetings requiring parking accommodations, as needed.

Monitor division inventory and ensure the procurement of supplies, equipment, and clothing as needed.

Perform weekly inspections of Garages & Love Connection alongside Parking staff to ensure contractors remain in compliance with parking standards and procedures.

Occasionally respond to website form submissions regarding parking-related concerns and complaints. Seek guidance from the Parking Manager for responses that do not follow standard procedures.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with various AVI divisions, including Budget, Finance, Accounting, Customer Engagement, Marketing & External Communications, TOPS, GT, Lost and Found, AOT, and AOC.
Knowledge and Skills

HS Diploma or GED required

Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and summarize data.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for responding to customer concerns and internal communications.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and data tracking.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Experience or interest in customer service, airport operations, or transportation management is a plus.
