Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Texting Management)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: 4/5 hours a day | between 8:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hourly

Job Description:

  • Attend to approx. 300 texts sent per day

  • Track and disposition the leads according to the borrower response

  • Reply to borrowers as appropriate and forward their responses as needed to additional parties for follow-up

  • Maintain a master tracking worksheet and send daily reports to management

Ideal Candidate:

  • Administrative skills

  • Customer Service skills

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening

  • 2 verifiable employment references
