Title: Patient Access Representative

Pay: $15.88/hr

Location: Tyler, TX 75707

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm

Openings: 6

Responsibilities :

• Completion of day-to-day Patient and Physician Access and general system business office function

• Performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions and leads and guides activities of assigned clerical staff

• General patient and physician interface via phone, fax, and EMR components.

• Scheduling patient appointments.

• Call and verifying patient's benefits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ year of Healthcare experience (Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant associate)

• Call center experience preferred.

• Basic typewriting and computer skills (data entry or word processing)

• Basic Office Equipment

• Good communication skills (verbal/written)

• Multi task oriented
