Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Office Manager)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm **OT as required during busy season

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000/annually

Job Description:

Responsible for the QuickBooks accounting, tax reporting and payroll taxes for a CPA firms clients. Light filing/phone calls, potentially but more than likely not

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of Accounting experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Payroll

  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks

  • Accounting Firm experience preferred

  • Sales tax experience preferred

  • Payroll, payroll reports

  • Time management, multi-tasker, people person, go getter


  • 2 weeks PTO (includes sick days)

  • Paid holidays

  • Health insurance plan (medical and vision, not dental and disability)

  • Company pays for 401k Match after 1 year


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening

  • 2 verifiable employment references
