Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Office Manager)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm **OT as required during busy season
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000/annually
Job Description:
Responsible for the QuickBooks accounting, tax reporting and payroll taxes for a CPA firms clients. Light filing/phone calls, potentially but more than likely not
Ideal Candidate:
-
5+ years of Accounting experience
-
3+ years of experience with Payroll
-
3+ years of experience with QuickBooks
-
Accounting Firm experience preferred
-
Sales tax experience preferred
-
Payroll, payroll reports
-
Time management, multi-tasker, people person, go getter
