Job Title: Payroll Processor

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $20-$23/hr based on experience

Hours Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:

• Payroll Processing:

  • Full cycle payroll for 500 plus employees

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.

  • Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and discrepancies as needed.

• HR Functions:

  • Support HR operations including benefits administration, employee record keeping, and compliance with employment laws.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in high volume full cycle payroll processing

• Must have ADP/Workforce

• Must have 8000KSPH Alpha Numeric Data Entry

• Excellent communication skills
