Job Title: Permit/Construction Admin

Pay Range : $23.50/HR *DIRECT HIRE*

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary zoning entitlements and construction permits for wireless telecommunication and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects.

• Manage internal and external databases in order to track project statuses

• Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and jurisdictional websites

• Analyze jurisdiction ordinances to support Land Use Planner on zoning regulations

• Manage zoning and permitting timelines related to permit applications

• Communication with the jurisdictions and internal/external teams

• Initiate daily FedEx, certified and standard mailers and corresponding tracking reports scan, title, and upload document

Requirements

• Knowledge of zoning regulations and local jurisdictions

• Strong administrative experience with a city or construction company
