CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a personal injury law firm in the Dallas area and is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal This is an awesome opportunity to work with a prominent Personal Injury Law Firm, Apply right away for consideration!

Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Location: Addison, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Pay: $60,000- $80,000 BOE

Job Details:

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery requests. Prepare and file legal documents in compliance with court rules and procedure

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memorandum. Investigate facts related to cases and gather evidence to support legal arguments.

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Attend trials and hearings to provide support and take notes as needed.

  • Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare case summaries and updates for attorneys.


Job Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor s degree preferred. Paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, NFPA) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Experience with specific type of litigation, e.g., Personal Injury, civil, criminal, commercial is required.

  • Must have excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal
